Unlike a strategic competitor or a financial buyer, our goal isn’t to absorb your operations or slash costs before flipping your company for a profit. We’re in it for the long run.

A business is a place where people spend most of their waking hours earning a living; a business provides customers with quality products or services they come to rely on; a business plays a role in the daily life of a community. Though we have access to significant capital, NAVG is a nimble partner and we will move quickly to close.

Our Team

Terry Comer - Managing Partner

Terry Comer works with NAVG's partner companies to reach their next phase of growth. With key strengths in operations and strategy, Terry manages the sourcing activities of the firm, having structured and invested in over 25 Companies with a total enterprise value exceeding $150 million. Prior to forming the firm, he started his career with the purchase of American Biosurgical, a leading medical cable manufacturer located in Atlanta, where he led the Company's Global Sales and Manufacturing Operations, taking the company from 5 employees to over 400. Terry is a proud member of the Atlanta chapter United Ways Volunteer Improvement Program and recently was elected into Georgia Tech's Council of Outstanding Young Engineers. Early in his career he was selected by the City of Atlanta as a Power 30 Under 30 Award recipient. Terry holds an MBA from Harvard, a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering with High Honors from Georgia Tech, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Morris Brown College, where he was second in his class. Terry currently lives in Atlanta with his wife Rosalynn, a Nurse Practitioner supporting regional hospital systems and their daughter Chloe.

We are seeking to grow the business organically and have proven over the last 15 years our ability to unlock value from within.
